It is reported that Gen Z has a growing hunger for mentors and godly examples.  It is looking for guidance in a culture that is void of clarity.

The Apostle Paul teaches that it is easier to commend an example of a genuine walk with God when circumstances are favorable. But true godliness needs to be proved when it is tested by tough times.

In the process of defending the genuineness of his gospel ministry in his second letter to the Corinthians, the Apostle Paul is giving us a portrait of what a true servant of God looks like. He is giving us a realistic picture of the tension true believers will experience as we walk in a world darkened by sin and unbelief. We are called to hold fast to what God has declared to be our new identity and purpose in Christ while we are perceived differently by those who are blinded by the god of this age.
